backed by reviewed evidence in the substrate. Drafts and
needs_revision findings are excluded by filter; the CLI
validates every finding, artifact, and event reference
before the projection is allowed to load.

The early-ad-biomarker-calibration frontier does not yet have a
curated decision projection at
projects/early-ad-biomarker-calibration/decision/decision-brief.v1.json.
The substrate refuses to render anything here until that
projection lands and validates against the project's
accepted-core findings.
When a curator drafts the projection and the references
validate, this page will render the brief automatically on
the next site build. The honest absence is the point: an
unfiltered surface would let agent confidence reach a
clinician-grade view, and the substrate does not allow that.
